Villa degli Olivi was born from the desire to continue a story that began among the vineyards — a natural evolution of our hospitality, inspired by the gentle rhythms of the countryside and centered on the well-being of our guests.

Just a short walk from the Villa, nestled among the rolling hills of Poggio alla Farnia, lies the heart of our family: Gli Archi Farm.
Founded in 2017, our farm was created with a clear mission: to produce authentic wines, deeply rooted in the land and shaped by passion, care, and respect for nature.
As a certified organic farm, we work according to non-invasive principles, both in the vineyard and in the cellar. We cultivate the land in harmony with natural cycles and environmental balance, integrating horses into our agricultural practices to preserve a deep and respectful bond between people, nature, and animals.

In 2025, this vision expanded with the creation of Villa degli Olivi, driven by the desire to share the beauty of our countryside and an authentic, unspoiled Tuscany. Two different places, united by the same philosophy: offering a form of hospitality that is simple, sincere, and deeply connected to the land.
